Every vehicle has a base fare that covers the first few kilometres, then a per-kilometre rate, a small platform fee and 5% GST. Peak-hour and late-night charges are shown in the fare breakdown. The live fare estimator on this page gives you the exact price for your route before you book, so there is no bargaining.

Parcilo launches first in Bengaluru, followed by Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow and Surat. Pre-register with your city and we will tell you as soon as booking opens there.

Use a 2-wheeler for documents, food, medicines and small parcels; a 3-wheeler EV for cartons and wholesale goods; a Tata Ace mini-truck for appliances, furniture and 1 BHK moves; and an 8ft pickup for heavy material such as plywood, steel or machinery. The estimator shows the capacity of each vehicle.

Once a captain accepts your booking, the Parcilo app shows them live on the map with their ETA. You can share the tracking link with the receiver, and the parcel is handed over only after the receiver shares the delivery OTP.

Pre-register as a captain with your name, mobile number, city and vehicle. Our partner team calls you to complete KYC (Aadhaar, driving licence and RC) and a short in-app training, and you can start accepting trips in your zone at launch.
